Full refund within 7 days if no coursework accessed; no refunds after access.

Respectful communication required; violations may result in removal without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Courses are educational/spiritual; no employment or ordination guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

ANDCA not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

New Jersey laws; disputes resolved in NJ courts.

Terms may be updated; continued use implies acceptance

By enrolling in andca.online text message service, you agree to the Arise New Day Christian Academy Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Usage, which are incorporated by reference. 

Text Message Services Description 

Arise New Day Christian Academy offers texting services through which we send periodic autodialed marketing and non-marketing text messages. You will only receive marketing messages if you have opted in to receive texts from ANDCA. By enrolling, you agree to receive periodic recurring autodialed marketing messages at the mobile number you provided at the time of opt-in. 

Enrollment in text messages is not required as a condition of applying, enrolling, or purchase. While ANDCA does not charge for this service, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding your plan and coverage. 

Opt-Out 

You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP. 

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message and may still receive informational and/or emergency alert texts from Arise New Day Christian Academy

Your Wireless Number and Indemnification 

By participating in Arise New Day Christian Academy texting services, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number. If your phone number changes, you must notify ANDCA  immediately at 856 208-6130. 

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AN FOR ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, AND DAMAGES RELATED TO OR CAUSED BY YOUR FAILURE TO UPDATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER WITH ARISE NEW DAY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY. 

Warranty Disclaimer 

ANDCA texting service  and all information conveyed are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ANDCA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Security, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or availability of text messages.

The successful delivery of messages by your wireless provider. 

ANDCA and mobile carriers (e.g., T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ANDCA will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from: 

Non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of a text message. 

Inaccurate or incomplete content in a text message. Use or reliance on the content of any text message. Modification 

ARISE NEW DAY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY reserves the right to revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect upon posting to the ANDCA website. You agree to review these terms periodically. Your continued consent to receive ANDCA text messages signifies your acceptance of any changes.
